An experienced CTO, Tony has led very large global professionals across AI, software engineering, DevOps, security & compliance, PMO, QA, big data, technical support, infrastructure engineering, and professional services. Tony's expertise lies in architecting secure, globally distributed systems used by hundreds of thousands of users across multiple regions.
With a proven track record of driving innovation, Tony has spearheaded the development of innovative AI-powered SaaS platforms (powered by Snowflake) used by industry giants like PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG.
Tony is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver real-world business value. His leadership has been instrumental in securing VC / PE funding and transforming global engineering teams through leading agile methodologies and OKRs.
Bob Ouellette
Bob Ouellette is a seasoned engineering executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through technology innovation. Bob specializes in AI-enabled digital transformation and scalable growth, leveraging strategic team, process, and technology assessments to deliver measurable outcomes. He has deep expertise in building and scaling SaaS solutions, deploying AI platforms, and implementing Lean and Agile methodologies to create continuous value flow within organizations.
In his most recent role as VP of Software Engineering at Introhive, Bob led the deployment of an AI platform (AWS Bedrock with Snowflake), modernized the user experience with React, and introduced OKR frameworks that significantly reduced time-to-market for strategic capabilities. Previously, at Bell Canada, he transformed the organization’s Agile practice by introducing the Bell Agile Framework (BAF), establishing a shared DevSecOps capability, and implementing Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
Bob’s career spans startups and large enterprises—including Introhive, Bell Canada, Alcatel, iMagicTV, and NBTel—where he has developed expertise in lean, scaled agile, value stream management, product management, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, software architecture, cloud computing, big data, and machine learning. He is passionate about building innovative SaaS solutions and is recognized for driving AI-powered digital transformations that improve business outcomes and increase organizational agility.
